I am a Facilities Management professional with over 14 years experience specifically in both Operational and Consultancy FM roles within the Public and Private Sectors, with years of experience of term and maintenance procurement prior to this. I am a full member of both the British Institute of Facilities Management and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Over the years I have been engaged in a wide variety of roles, across a wide spectrum of industry sectors, from external consulting to Clients, FM providers and Funders to operational Commercial Management (in a general FM and PFI/PPP context) allowing me to take an uncommonly balanced and commercially credible approach to contractual arrangements and costings.

Whether isolated tasks such as individual document reviews, commercial audits, payment mechanism modelling or wider commercial arrangements and negotiations, bid preparation or evaluation support, I am confident I can add value to your undertaking.
